XLink and XPointer Introduction
XLink defines a set of standards to create a hyperlink in an XML document methods.
XPointer allows the hyperlinks to the XML document more specific part (fragments).

In June 27, 2001, XLink has been established as a W3C Recommendation.
XPointer on March 25, 2003 became a W3C Recommendation.

XLink and XPointer browser support
Browser Support XLink and XPointer only within a minimum.
In Mozilla 0.98 +, Netscape 6.02+, and Internet Explorer 6.0, and have a certain degree of support for XLink. Earlier versions of the browser does not support XLink.
